All of us are looking for good movies to watch. When there's nothing new out there, I like to find something old that I missed. A good method for finding good films is to check on one of your favorite actor's film list.

Below is a list of good actors, and some of their films. Perhaps you can find some movies that you've missed out on with this approach. If you're looking for a good laugher, I've put a separate list of a few comedians in as well.

Marlon Brando has starred in: The Godfather, A Street Car Named Desire, and The Wild One. Robert Duvall has starred in many films, including: The Godfather, THX 1138, and The Great Santini. Robert Redford has starred in many films, including: All The President's Men, The Sting, and The Candidate.

A couple of Harrison Ford films are: Blade Runner, The Fugitive, and Raiders Of the Lost Ark. Leonardo DiCaprio had roles in movies such as: The Aviator, Titanic, and The Departed. A couple of Morgan Freeman films are: Under Suspicion, The Shawshank Redemption, and Outbreak.

Angela Jolie has starred in many films, including: The Good Shepard, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, and The Bone Collector. Jack Nicholson has starred in: One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Batman, and As Good As It Gets.Michael Douglas has starred in many films, including: A Perfect Murder, The Game, and Basic Instinct.

A couple of Al Pacino films are: The Godfather, Carlito's Way, and Serpico. Kevin Spacey has starred in: American Beauty, The Negotiator, and Seven. Jon Voight has starred in: The Oddesa File, National Treasure, and Transformers.

Anthony Hopkins has starred in: The Silence Of The Lambs, Legends Of The Fall, and The Edge. A couple of Clint Eastwood films are: The Good The Bad And The Ugly, Dirty Harry, and In The Line Of Fire. Val Kilmer has starred in: Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Batman Forever, and Tombstone.

A couple of Gene Hackman films are: Mississippi Burning, No Way Out, and Superman. Tom Cruise has starred in: Minority Report, Eyes Wide Shut, and The Firm. Julia Roberts has starred in: Pretty Woman, The Pelican Brief, and Sleeping With The Enemy.

If it is a comedy you are looking for, this list of performers should have something you will like. Eddie Murphy has starred in many films, including: 48 Hours, Shrek, Daddy and Bowfinger. A couple of Gene Wilder films are: Young Frankenstein, See No Evil Hear No Evil, and Blazing Saddles.

Robin Williams has starred in many films, including: Vietnam, The Fisher King, and Patch Adams. A couple of John Candy films are: Splash, Brewster's Millions, and Delirious. Richard Pryor has starred in: Brewster's Millions, The Toy, and Silver Streak.
